Who is health and safety training for?

Our health and safety training is suitable and essential for all staff in the workplace.
How often do I need health and safety training?

Frequency of training is dependent on policy, policy decisions should be based upon risk assessment, types and complexity of client needs, and handling required.
Do I have to have the health and safety poster and does it need to be filled in?

No. you can provide other alternatives such as pocket card, leaflet or brochure, available here. It doesn’t need to be filled in but it can help help provide useful information to your employees such as names of people with health and safety responsibilities.
Do I need a written health and safety policy?

A documented health and safety policy is a legal requirement if you employ five or more people. If you have fewer than five employees you do not have to write anything down, though it is considered useful to do so if, for example, something changes.
